Default Unlocking Hard Mode

from http://www.guildwars.com/support/gameupdates/:

"Once you win a campaign with any character on your account, every level 20 character on that same account will have access to Hard mode for that campaign."

Doesn't seem to work, ie I have a char that's finished Prophecies, I can see the option to switch to hard mode, but on another char I can't.

So unlocking hard mode is character based then as opposed to what is stated on the site?

And it would've been better if the new titles were account based, I mean seriously, killing ALL monsters on ALL explorable areas for a character based title lol.

In order to unlock hard mode for a given campaign, a player must log in at least once after the hard mode update with a character who has completed that campaign in normal mode

Technically speaking from what I understand 'completing the campaign in normal mode' consists ONLY of completing the final mission. This means for Prophecies it's not necessary to go do the Wilds mission you all skipped also

Same here! (On my first character, I did that quest with the message in the log. Afterwards you need to turn in the quest to Alari Doubleblade, who is right next to Bloodstone Fen and Quarrel Falls)
